TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Placing an order indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below. Please read all terms and conditions carefully. We reserve the right to alter any terms and conditions or descriptions at any time.
Goods shall remain the property of Simply Sequins until payment has been received in full.

Website prices are effective from 1 April 2020 but may be altered without notice. We welcome orders from overseas.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the products you are interested in and the quantity and we will get back to you.
We accept most debit and credit cards via Paypal secure online payment system. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.
We are not currently accepting telephone orders. Please place your order online if you are experiencing difficulties completing check out or have an other enquiry regarding the products please email email@example.com and we will get back to you.
POSTAGE & DELIVERY UPDATED 1 April 2020
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt by First Class Royal Mail to UK addresses and air mail to overseas addresses. Orders will be dispatched at the first possible opportunity. Very heavy or large parcels may need to be sent by Parcel Force due to changes in Royal Mail postal services from 2 April 2013.
Postage and packing and handling charges are added to all orders as follows:- £1.95 (See note below). Heavy or bulky products may incur a small surcharge this is shown when items are added to the customers shopping cart.

NOTE - Orders that include bulky and or heavy items such as storage boxes or rolls of sequin waste attract a surcharge details of which are given when ordering.

SIZES & QUANTITIES.
All website illustrations are NOT to scale: please check dimensions when ordering.
Sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible.
Pack quantities are approximate. Whilst no guarantee can be given, the quantity stated will be the minimum quantity where possible.
We try to remove imperfect or misshapen items during packing but we cannot guarantee that all sequins will be 100% perfect. If it is not possible to remove misshapen or sequins during packaging we will over pack to allow for imperfect sequins.
Sequins and other products are pictured as close to the original colour as possible. Colour may vary from batch to batch. Customers are advised to purchase all the sequins for a project in a single order ensure colour match.
Illustrations of ‘mixed colour’ packs of sequins are representative only and show typical contents. We cannot guarantee that all the colours shown will be in every packet.
References to gold, silver etc. are only descriptive of the colour and the products are not actually made of the material.
COLOURFASTNESS & WASHING
Colours may be affected by exposure to sunlight or water. The colour is applied to the sequins either by film or dye. We suggest you test sequins for colourfastness and water exposure prior to using on any item that is intended to be washed. We recommend gentle hand wash only. Colourfastness is not guaranteed.
SUITABILITY OF PRODUCTS FOR PURPOSE
We do not guarantee the suitability of any product for any specific purpose. Sequins are intended for decorative use only.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order(s) resulting from an omission or error by us, including typographical errors.
It is the intention of Simply Sequins Limited to offer for sale on the Simply Sequins website goods that are in stock and ready for dispatch. On occasion goods may be unavailable for immediate dispatch in which case customers will be contacted as soon as possible. All products are subject to availability customers are advised to purchase all the components for a project in a single order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS and TRADING POLICY
Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order for seven days from the time the order is received by us. In the event of goods already having been dispatched, the cost of return postage will not be refunded. Unless the goods are faulty goods must be returned in perfect condition with all packaging intact.

Refunds for returned goods/cancellations will be refunded by the same method as the original payment was made.
We do not share, sell or disclose customer information with any other business. Some information may be also stored by our technology provider. We may contact you in future by email or telephone regarding your order(s) – if you do not wish us to do so please let us know.
