TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Placing an order indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below. Please read all terms and conditions carefully. We reserve the right to alter any terms and conditions or descriptions at any time.

OWNERSHIP
Goods shall remain the property of Simply Sequins Ltd until payment has been received in full.

PRICES & VAT
Website prices are effective from 24 November 2009 but may be altered without notice.  We are a small business.  We are not currently VAT reg.  There will be no adjustments to our prices following the 2.5% reduction in VAT.

PAYMENT

Payment by credit card or debit card or PayPal

We accept most debit and credit cards via HSBC secure online payment system. We do not accept Diners Card or American Express.

Payment by cheque
Cheques must be made payable to Simply Sequins Limited and forwarded to 6 Fairfield Terrace Havant PO9 1BA as soon as possible after the order has been placed.
Orders will be sent once cheques have cleared the banking system.

Payment by Postal Order
We accept payment by postal order.

Telephone Orders
Telephone orders are accepted for credit / debit card customers only. American Express and Diners Card not accepted.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1/2 working days of receipt by First Class Royal Mail to UK addresses. However if we have a large volume of orders or we are trading at a show orders may take a day or so longer but will be dispatched at the first possible opportunity.

UK
Postage and packing and handling charges are added to all orders as follows:- Up to £18 - £1.75 (See note below).

Europe
Postage and packing and handling charges are added to all orders as follows:- Up to £18 - £2.25

Rest of World outside UK and Europe including USA and Canada
Postage and packing and handling charges are added to all orders as follows:- Up to £18 - £2.75 (See note below).

NOTE - Orders that include bulky items such as glue or reels of thread attract a surcharge details of which are given when ordering.

Orders over £18 - FREE Postage, Packing and Handling.



Special Delivery
If you require next day delivery, recorded delivery or other special postal services please contact us by email for current rates.

SIZES & QUANTITIES.
All website illustrations are NOT to scale: please check dimensions when ordering.
Sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible.
Pack quantities are approximate. Whilst no guarantee can be given, the quantity stated will be the minimum quantity where possible.
We try to remove imperfect or misshapen items during packing but we cannot guarantee that all sequins will be 100% perfect. If it is not possible to remove mishapen or sequins during packaging we will over pack to allow for imperfect sequins.

COLOUR
Sequins and other products are pictured as close to the original colour as possible. Colour may vary from batch to batch. Customers are advised to purchase all the sequins for a project in a single order ensure colour match.
Illustrations of ‘mixed colour’ packs of sequins are representative only and show typical contents. We cannot guarantee that all the colours shown will be in every packet.
References to gold, silver etc. are only descriptive of the colour and the products are not actually made of the material.

COLOURFASTNESS & WASHING
Colours may be affected by exposure to sunlight or water. We suggest you test sequins for colourfastness and water exposure prior to using on any item that is intended to be washed. We recommend gentle hand wash only.

SUITABILITY OF PRODUCTS FOR PURPOSE
We do not guarantee the suitability of any product for any specific purpose. Sequins are intended for decorative use only.

ERRORS
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order(s) resulting from an omission or error by us, including typographical errors.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
It is the intention of Simply Sequins Limited to offer for sale on the Simply Sequins website goods that are in stock and ready for dispatch. On occasion goods may be unavailable for immediate dispatch in which case customers will be contacted as soon as possible. All products are subject to availability customers are advised to purchase all the components for a project in a single order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS and TRADING POLICY
Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order for seven days from the time the order is received by us. In the event of goods already having been despatched, the cost of return postage will not be refunded. Unless the goods are faulty goods must be returned in perfect condition with all packaging intact.
Returns
Customers should check goods on receipt and report any shortages or damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery or within a reasonable period of time..
Refunds
Refunds for returned goods/cancellations will be refunded by the same method as the original payment was made.

PRIVACY POLICY and DATA PROTECTION
Simply Sequins Ltd. use any information supplied when placing an order for the purpose of marketing and analysis only. We do not share, sell or disclose customer information with any other business. Some information may be also stored by our technology provider. We may contact you in future by mail, email or telephone – if you do not wish us to do so please let us know.
